Really liked the scenic views and peaceful atmosphere. The shuttle service to nearby attractions was convenient and saved us from spending too much on transportation. The breakfast spread was satisfying and delicious.

We found it difficult to communicate with most staff members due to their limited English proficiency. the recreational facilities were substandard and in need of an update to be considered premium.

I loved the location of this hotel. It's surrounded by natural beauty and feels like a peaceful oasis, yet it's still close to all of the major sights in the area. The hotel facilities were great, and I particularly enjoyed the pool and fitness center. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also a highlight - there were so many delicious options to choose from!

This amazing resort is the perfect location to relax and enjoy your vacation. the buggy rides to the restaurant, pool, and sightseeing locations are a great way to explore the area. You won't be far from all the sightseeing places and the resort provides a bus to take you there. the wooden villas are incredibly comfortable and spacious and have beautiful views of the wood side. the breakfast buffet has many options for both western and eastern tastes.

Some employees might struggle when communicating in English, but they are exceptionally polite and always try to provide great service.

Despite being a busy time of the year, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. the rooms were cozy and clean, and the views were breathtaking. the breakfast offered a variety of options, and the recreational facilities were well-maintained. the hotel had a shuttle service that made it convenient to visit the nearby National Park, and the forest surroundings were serene and peaceful.

In this hotel, I had a luxurious and tranquil stay. the room was equipped with exclusive amenities such as a soaking tub and comfortable bedding. the Spa & wellness center is excellent and offered a variety of services including massages and steam baths. the outdoor swimming pool is great and surrounded by a beautiful garden area. the restaurant served a fantastic breakfast buffet with both Western and Chinese options.

The only minor issue I encountered is that the hotel is a bit far from the park and requires a taxi or shuttle service. the staff was incredibly accommodating and provided free shuttle service throughout the day.
